Homework for the Week of 09/17/12

ELA (Coach Whitt): 

  • Monday – review notes on Point-of-View and answer the following response question:  Why is being “street wise” important to some individuals?
  • Tuesday – Any work not completed in class
  • Wednesday –  Work on Point-of-View Narrative
  • Thursday – Practice poem at home for class presentation on Friday / Make sure all work is ready to hand in tomorrow during our Student Conference Day (every other Friday)
  • Friday – Student Conference Day / NO HW

  • Monday: Conduct a catalog of at least TEN products in your home and detail from what country they originate from. Due Friday.
  •  Wednesday: Interview one of your parents and ask them what should be done to the Native American’s land that was stolen by European explorers. Should the land be returned? Why? Due Friday.
